"The Power of the Penny"

Whoever said a penny isn’t worth anything anymore has obviously not heard of Little Hearts…BIG Change. We are the children's initiative that helps empower children in times of crisis by encouraging them to turn small change into BIG change.

A single penny can make all of the difference.  We are asking Corporate America to pitch in and lend a helping hand.  We are expanding Little Hearts…BIG Change to include "The Power of the Penny" offering all businesses a chance to get involved.  Any business (large or small) that makes money by selling goods or services to children is being asked to show support by donating 1 cent (a single penny) per transaction from February 14th until April 30th to Little Hearts ... BIG Change. All of the funds raised will go to helping children in Haiti who are suffering from the devastation of the earthquakes.

“The Power of the Penny” campaign will help us reach our goal of making Haiti a shining example of how a little love and a BIG dose of empowerment paves the way for light in the darkest of times.
